What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. There is no tracking on this site — no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no third-party fonts that would report your visit elsewhere.

When you send a project enquiry or contact us, we receive:

• your name, and your company name if you give one
• your email address, and your phone number if you give one
• the type of business you run and what you need help with, where you select those
• the message you write
• a budget range and timeline, if you choose to indicate them
• your answers in the Solution Builder, if you used it before enquiring, so you do not have to type them again
• which page you were on when you started the enquiry, and whether you were reading the site in English or Bengali

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to have enough context to reply usefully rather than asking you to repeat yourself. That is the only reason.

We do not sell your details, rent them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in our own database on our hosting account. It is not stored in any third-party CRM or marketing platform.

Two emails are sent when you submit an enquiry: one to us so we know it arrived, and one acknowledgement to the address you gave. Those emails pass through our email provider, as any email does.

Spam protection and your IP address

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Turnstile runs in your browser and Cloudflare processes what it needs to make that check. Cloudflare's own privacy terms cover that part.

We also limit how many submissions can come from one address in a short period. Your IP address is used for that check and held briefly in the server's memory. It is not written to our database and it is not stored alongside your enquiry.

Booking a consultation

If you choose to book a call, the scheduling calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads inside this page only at the moment you click to open it — never before. Anything you enter into that calendar goes to Cal.com under their terms.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens in WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own terms. This site only provides the link.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can pick up a conversation that resumes later. After that we delete them.

If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the working relationship and our record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it — there is no form to fill in and no account to close.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. We would rather fix it than have you go elsewhere with it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the enquiry form validates and sanitises what it receives on the server rather than trusting the browser, and access to the enquiry database is limited to the people who need it.

We will not tell you a system is completely secure, because no system is. What we will tell you is that we do not collect information we do not need, which is the only protection that never fails.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with information already given to us, we will say so rather than quietly amend the page.
