These terms cover your use of the AZ Solution Tech website. They are deliberately short, because this site is where you read about us and get in touch — it is not a shop and nothing is sold through it.
What this site is
An informational website describing what AZ Solution Tech does, how we work, and the kinds of problems we solve. You are welcome to read it, use the Solution Builder, and contact us.
Nothing here is a quote or an offer
Prices, ranges, timelines, capability descriptions and Solution Builder results are indicative. They are there to help you judge whether a conversation is worth having, not to form a binding offer.
A real scope and a real price come after we have understood your situation, and they are set out in a written proposal.
Sending an enquiry is not a contract
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not oblige you to engage us, and it does not oblige us to take on the work.
Any project we do together is governed by a separate signed agreement between us. Where these website terms and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Our content
The text, drawings, diagrams, code and design of this site belong to AZ Solution Tech. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not republish it as your own.
Client names, logos and screenshots appear with the client's permission and remain the property of those clients. Every screenshot of a client system on this site is a capture of the real, live system — we do not mock up or generate client interfaces.
Using the site sensibly
Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at volume, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, and please do not submit anything through the forms that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to send us.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and correct, and we will fix things when they break. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove content as our services change.
Liability
We provide this website's content in good faith and as accurately as we can, but we cannot accept liability for decisions you take purely on the basis of reading it. For anything that matters commercially, talk to us — that is what the enquiry form is for.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party links
This site links to other places — client websites, WhatsApp, a scheduling calendar. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
